Finance & Billing
PULSE uses a Hybrid Billing Model to secure revenue.
1. The Credit System (Prepaid)
This is the default and recommended mode.
- Clients purchase credits via Stripe (Top-up).
- Credits are added to their Wallet Balance.
- When a lead is distributed, the price is instantly deducted from the balance.
- Low Balance: If balance < lead price, the lead is NOT delivered (unless auto-charge is enabled).
2. Auto-Charge (Post-paid)
For trusted clients, you can enable Auto-Charge.
- If Wallet Balance is insufficient, the system attempts to charge the saved Stripe Payment Method immediately.
- If the charge succeeds, the lead is delivered.
- If the charge fails, the lead is held.
3. Invoicing & Reporting
- Transactions: All movements (Purchase, Consumption, Refund) are logged in
credit_transactions. - Stripe: Use the Stripe Dashboard for official tax invoices.
- Weekly Reports: Clients receive an automatic email every Monday with their spending summary.
