Onboarding a New Client

Create Account
Go to Clients > New Client.
Enter their Company Name and Email. This triggers an invitation email.

Configure Billing
Prepaid: Set an initial credit balance if they paid via wire transfer.
Auto-Charge: Verify they have added a card in their dashboard.

Set Limits
Protect the client (and yourself) by setting a Global Monthly Budget. This overrides all campaign-specific budgets.
Monitoring & Support
Impersonate
Click the "View As" button to see exactly what the client sees. Perfect for debugging support tickets.
Delivery Config
Check if their Webhook or Email notifications are enabled and working.
Credit Adjustment
Manually add or remove credits (e.g., "Goodwill gesture" or "Manual Invoice Payment").
Google Sheets
To enable Google Sheets delivery for a client, you must edit their profile and add their Sheet ID. Ensure they have invited the system bot email as an editor.
